The MES Efficiency Module
The MES Efficiency module helps you achieve great benefit in terms of production control, by providing you with all machine-related KPIs.
The Efficiency Module provides the following KPI in a single solution:
- Production counters (including waste)
- Functioning status (stoppage times and equipping times)
MES Maintenance Module
The MES Maintenance Module provides smart efficiency data collected by MES, and use them to improve machine availability and reduce stoppages. Furthermore, it digitalizes the entire maintenance process, synchronizing and monitoring maintenance activities.
The MES Maintenance module integration allows for:
- Automatic creation of a maintenance call following machine stoppage;
- Automatic scheduling of periodical maintenance based on wear of real time operations;
- Classification of causes of stoppage by the maintenance staff at the end of assistance;
- Recording of spare parts and consumables used.
MES Quality Module
The MES Quality module extends the data managed by MES to a quality control level on products and processes, enabling manual or semi-automatic collection through a BPM platform, for the purpose of:
- Objectifying quality controls by linking them to process parameters;
- Reducing manual tracking data entry errors;
- Linking sample controls to specific ongoing production.
MES Tracking Module
The MES Tracking Module completes the MES offering with a record of production data:
- Raw materials production lots;
- Real dosing quantities for the lots;
- Codes for semi-processed items (make) that contributed to the final product;
- Assembly components codes (buy);
- Equipping components codes used within the process;
- Process parameters actively involved in production.
The MES Platform provides real time visibility of all production areas that interact with one another, providing strategic data for planning and commercial divions.
