VibroMet  is a system for collecting data from triaxial vibrational sensors, data processing, aimed at predictive maintenance.

ANALIYSIS

In addition to analyzing the accelerations, it is possible to select the control of the produced frequencies (FFT), setting the amplitude and frequency limits for each single axis.

SELF-LEARNING

Thanks to self-learning, VibroMet can be applied on any machinery, since the system MEMORIZES THE ENERGY LEVELS in correct working conditions using them as the basis of the analysis.

– The ALARM input is displayed simply by the operator, using a monitor that follows the sensor status. In addition to the local signaling it is possible to send Email to the operators.

FEEDING AND CONFIGURATION

The sensors can interact with the control systems of the machines themselves, typically the PLC

The VIBROMET system provides a set of APIs that allows the machine control system to activate one or more sensors, also indicating the unique name of a specific production activity (typically referred to as a “recipe”).

ACCELEROMETERS : For vibrational analysis to obtain the dispersed energy from the components of a mechanical element.

The VIBROMET system allows the periodic acquisition of the vibrations of a machine from which it is possible to calculate the tendency of each group harmonic over time, trying to predict its development.
