Predictive maintenance aims to assess the state of a plant and its components in order to predict failures and prevent possible negative effects:

  • Stop production
  • Quality problems
  • Side effects of the breakdown on the remaining components

We thought of a predictive maintenance system that:
  • it does not just analyze data from existing machines, but provides for the integration of specific sensors in the field, such as, for example, sensors for vibrational analysis
  • it is based on effective and efficient components and sensors, but with sustainable costs. This is in order to be able to create “rich” sensor networks, suitably extended and permanent in the field
  • provides the possibility to update, replace or integrate the sensor network even several times during the life cycle of a machine, also to correctly follow the changed production needs
  • allows the installation of sensors in all contexts where this has an effective utility
